For buyers. Quality of earnings tells you what the numbers were. Nothing in diligence tells you how the operator decided, and the earnout assumes that judgment comes with the building. Basalith captures it before the handoff, so what you paid for is still in the room after closing.
Engagements start at $50,000, scaled to the size and complexity of the transaction.
Priced against the value at risk in the deal, as part of diligence, not as software. The buyer pays, because the buyer is the one holding the risk.
